Lazy Fish Recipe ( 2 Type)


2 Type of Lazy Fish Recipe with the same ingredients.

Ingredients:
2 big slice of boneless fish

Seasoning:
9 tablespoon of cooking wine
6 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoon of sugar
2 ginger (slice and skinless)
6 teaspoon of sesame seed oil


Just start by soaking the fish for days (depend on the person who cook it) in the seasoning.


1. Deep Fry




For Deep Fry, after menerate the fish, just add some flour over it than deep fry.



2. Steam

MoonCake

This is the 1st mooncake that I made by myself which is more beautiful compare to my sis'.
Whahahahhahah....!!!...
Remember to give Wei Loon & ur Friend C.....


Here is the overall picture of the ingredients.


The press-down equipment which i use to shape the mooncake. It cost me RM7.50 which is cheaper than the traditional one which is cost RM33.00.


Firstly, fry the seed.



Then, mix the seed with the paste. I put some green tea inside to make the colour but it did not taste like Green Tea Paste. At least it can be decorative.

I mix the snow skin with some red colouring. The skin cost me RM4.40 and I can make 14 small mooncake with it.




Ready to be eaten. Nice leh.....

Another Type of Lasagna (I Think)

Black Pepper Lasagna

This is the recipe that I create for Amigo......
Whahhahahahah......!!!!!.........

Ingredients:
250gm Chicken or Pork
3 tablespoon Black Pepper Saurce
2 tablespoon of oil
1 Lasagna Skin
1 peice of Cheese (Any brand)
1 onion and garlic (optional to enhance the taste)
Aluminum paper

Servings: 1 person



This is the picture of Lasagna Skin. It is hard and easily to break.

You need to sock the skin for 30 minutes until it turn soft. Cut the skin into half when it turned soft.


While waiting for the skin to soften. heat the pan with oil. Then, add onion and garlic, wait for a while than add chicken and the black pepper sauce.


Put the skin into the aluminum wrapper and wrapped it as above picture.


After that, add in the black pepper chicken on top of the skin.

Put the cheese slice above the black pepper chicken.



Cover the skin with another skin.


Wrap the whole lasagna.


Steam the lasagna for 25 minutes.



Finally, it is ready to be eaten.
