Another Type of Lasagna (I Think)

Black Pepper Lasagna

This is the recipe that I create for Amigo......
Whahhahahahah......!!!!!.........

Ingredients:
250gm Chicken or Pork
3 tablespoon Black Pepper Saurce
2 tablespoon of oil
1 Lasagna Skin
1 peice of Cheese (Any brand)
1 onion and garlic (optional to enhance the taste)
Aluminum paper

Servings: 1 person



This is the picture of Lasagna Skin. It is hard and easily to break.

You need to sock the skin for 30 minutes until it turn soft. Cut the skin into half when it turned soft.


While waiting for the skin to soften. heat the pan with oil. Then, add onion and garlic, wait for a while than add chicken and the black pepper sauce.


Put the skin into the aluminum wrapper and wrapped it as above picture.


After that, add in the black pepper chicken on top of the skin.

Put the cheese slice above the black pepper chicken.



Cover the skin with another skin.


Wrap the whole lasagna.


Steam the lasagna for 25 minutes.



Finally, it is ready to be eaten.
